Larry Gary is a senior consultant and our cloud services and CMMI SME. He offers over 40 years of experience in IT enterprise & infrastructure management and software development for IT applications, enterprise systems, and cyber security with the federal government and commercial clients. He has developed and managed Program Management Offices (PMOs) for several federal contracting companies and has also served as the lead PMO manager for a large federal agency where he led enterprise initiatives in IT Security and infrastructure modernization.

Larry specializes in helping companies prepare for their CMMI V2.0 appraisal using an innovative system, CMMI 365, which he helped to develop. His involvement usually begins prior to the CMMI V2.0 evaluation appraisal and continues to the successful CMMI V2.0 Benchmark appraisal.  Additionally, he helps DoD federal contractors prepare for their upcoming CMMC audit (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) through supporting their preparation for the CMMC pre-assessment and then working with companies to prepare for their full CMMC audit.

Mr. Gary brings the following core competencies to our team:

• IT Project Management using Agile techniques
• Alignment of business processes & practices to best practice guidance per CMMI, CMMC, ISO, and ITIL.
• AWS and Azure solutions architecture; managing the development of SaaS cloud-based solutions
• Assist with the enterprise adoption of Microsoft Office 365. Key systems used are Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and PowerApps.

Larry earned a B.S. Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech and has several certifications including the Certified CMMI Associate, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL v3 Foundation, Certified Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist, and Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer (CHCO).  Larry continues to immerse himself in courses covering software development, DevOps, cyber security, network architecture, and more.
